Frequently Asked Questions
Every question is fair game—and we’ve got the answers.
Player Eligibility
Who can attend Elite ID 100 soccer camps?
Per NCAA rules, all Elite 100 ID Camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender).
What age groups do you accept?
We welcome players ages 14–18, typically freshmen through seniors in high school.
What level of players typically attend?
The majority of participants play competitive club or high school soccer and are serious about playing at the college level. We welcome all committed players who want to challenge themselves.
Registration
Can I attend more than one Elite 100 camp?
Yes! Many players attend multiple events for additional exposure and experience.
What if the event sells out?
Registration will close once the camp reaches capacity. A waitlist may be available.
What is your refund policy?
Once registration is complete, 25% of the camp tuition and any associated convenience fees are non-refundable. The remaining 75% may be refunded if requested at least one month before the event date (e.g., for a December 1st camp, the refund deadline is November 1st).
After that deadline, you may request a credit toward a future Elite 100 event in your area. Refund eligibility is based on the original camp date. To request a refund, use the “Contact Us” link.
Please do not contact coaches, facilities, or other affiliated parties regarding refunds. They do not manage or influence refund decisions.
We work hard to ensure advertised coach attendance, but their absence is not a valid reason for a refund.
In the case of weather or other uncontrollable events:
- If 50% or more of the camp takes place, the event is considered complete.
- If less than 50% takes place, we will work with local hosts to reschedule and your registration will be credited to the new date.
Do you offer financial aid or discounts?
We strive to keep camps affordable and occasionally offer promo codes or discounts. At this time, we do not offer need-based financial aid.
Is there a limit to how many players can attend?
Yes, we cap registration to maintain a low player-to-coach ratio and maximize visibility. Camps often sell out, so early registration is encouraged.
College Coaching Exposure & Recruiting
How many coaches typically attend?
Each camp hosts between X- X college coaches, representing a variety of NCAA divisions and programs.
Will I play in front of all attending coaches?
Yes. Camp sessions are structured to give all coaches a chance to evaluate every player.
Do college coaches actively recruit at these camps?
While no offers are guaranteed, attending coaches are actively evaluating talent and may follow up post-camp.
Are college coaches allowed to speak with players during camp?
Depending on NCAA division rules and the time of year, some coaches may be limited in how they interact with players. However, they are actively evaluating and may follow up afterward if interested.
Does attending a camp increase my chances of being recruited?
While attending does not guarantee recruitment, playing live in front of college coaches is one of the most effective ways to be seen and potentially recruited.
What if a listed college coach can’t attend?
Coach attendance is rarely affected, but unforeseen conflicts may arise. We guarantee a strong lineup of coaches, and refunds are not issued due to changes in coach availability.
